 Shady Acres Neighborhood Shines Bright

Nestled between the historic Houston Heights and Timbergrove Manor lies the rapidly evolving neighborhood of Shady Acres.  From
Ella Blvd and 610-N to Durham and W 15th St, this sleepy neighborhood has come alive with growth and improvement in the last ten years increasing the current residential landscape to 1,825 properties.

The Shady Acres Civic Club (SACC) founded in 1935 is working diligently to meet this progress.  SACC's mission is to enhance the quality of life for residents and protect property values.  SACC welcomes all residents of Shady Acres to participate in your neighborhood civic club and its events.

Please register here and feel free to join the discussion boards.  Your input is appreciated as our community association develops and grows!
